Our History

Sabai Thai SpaⓇ was founded in 2005 by Neata & Jacques Goutier. North Vancouver is the first location, followed by West Vancouver, Coal Harbour, and Port Coquitlam. Our newest addition to the family is our New Westminster branch which was opened in June 2020.

Sabai Thai SpaⓇ is a family-owned business runs by the Goutier’s. Founder Neata Auttpong Goutier was born and raised in Thailand and worked as a massage therapist where she gained experience in traditional Thai massage therapy. She moved to Canada in 2001 and within a year had opened her first spa in North Vancouver with her husband, Jacques, and brought back her previous experience and
journey as a therapist in Thailand to Sabai Thai SpaⓇ. Fifteen years later, Sabai Thai SpaⓇ now operates six locations within British Columbia, Canada, and established
itself as a reliable, professional, and authentic spa business with a highly commendable reputation.

As of late 2021, Sabai Thai Spa Ⓡ has now employed over 100 professionals composed of Spa Therapists, RMTs, Guest Services, Marketing & Head Office Team. Currently, the spa offers multiple services from Signature Massages, Spa Packages, and Facials. In 2020, the spa launched its very own skincare brand, Sabai Essentials, which offers wide ranges of products from skincare, ginger tea, and aromatherapy essentials oils and diffusers
