Sabai Thai Spa is coming to M City in Mississauga, opening this winter at 436 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Unit E, in the heart of the Square One District.
For a brand that began in Vancouver in 2005, this is a milestone moment: our first spa outside British Columbia and our first home in Ontario.
We are bringing the same calm, Thai-inspired experience our customers in Metro Vancouver have trusted for nearly two decades, now designed for the people who live, work, and shop in one of the fastest growing neighbourhoods in the country.

Why M City, Square One District
Choosing where to open our first Ontario spa was a careful decision, and M City stood out quickly.
M City is a master-planned high-rise community at Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway in Mississauga’s city centre. When complete, the eight-tower, 15-acre community is planned to include condos, retail, offices, green space, community amenities, and two acres of public parkland.
The neighbourhood is also becoming a landmark. M City’s third tower reached its full height in 2026 and now stands as the tallest building in Mississauga and the tallest in Canada outside Toronto.
Just around the corner, the city centre’s towers circle Square One Shopping Centre, the second largest shopping centre in Canada.
What that means for our customers is simple. Whether you live in one of the new towers, work in a nearby office, or are spending an afternoon at Square One, a reset is only a short walk away.
We believe self-care works best when it fits naturally into your routine, and this neighbourhood is built around exactly that kind of everyday convenience.

Every visit to Sabai Thai Spa is designed to help you slow down, reset, and feel your best.
Our professional, skilled spa therapists deliver treatments in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed Thai-inspired space, using all natural, plant-based products that are better for your body and the earth.
Here is a taste of the signature services Sabai is known for:
- Thai Massage: A traditional, energizing treatment that uses stretching and rhythmic pressure to ease tension and restore movement.
- Flow Massage: Long, flowing strokes that help quiet the mind and melt away everyday stress.
- Fusion Massage: A blend of techniques tailored to what your body needs on the day.
- Reflexology: Focused pressure on the feet to encourage deep relaxation from the ground up.
- Spa Packages: Longer, layered experiences such as the Pure Serenity Spa Package and the Flow and Glow Spa Package for when you want more time to unwind.
