Spa Coordinator Position

We are an upscale Day Spa with multiple locations, that has been operating for 10+ years. We are looking for talented Spa Coordinator to add to our team. We would like you to join our growing team of 80+ staff over 5 locations!

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service field.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.

Spa Coordinator tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact in the spa, you will greet clients as they arrive for their appointments and build authentic relationships with our clientele.
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the front desk and the spa, assisting the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager throughout the day.
  • Sanitizing, cleaning and disinfecting the reception and waiting area in between clients and as needed.
  • Checking clients in and out.
  • Booking clients in for appointments, over the phone and in person.
  • Assisting clients with purchasing spa service, retail skincare products, and other merchandise. Training on our skincare ranges will be provided.
  • Assisting with monitoring inventory of all retail, back-bar and equipment/disposables.
  • Opening and closing the clinic as needed.
  • Ensuring our clients feel welcomed and invited into our serene spa space at all times.
  • Being a team player and willing to help the team to achieve the sales target goal.
